Lin Haw RMA Policies & Procedures: Returns: Please note - All returns are processed as an in-store credit by default. If you wish to have the funds returned to you, we may do so by e-transfer upon request. · Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase. · Credit Amount will be the lesser of purchase price or current price · No cash returns or refunds on credit cards · Returns that are returned in poor or open condition are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, which will increase based on the goods condition upon arrival at Lin Haw. Cancellations: · If goods have not been dispatched to the customer at time of cancellation, call or email your account representative, sales@linhaw.com, or call Lin Haw @ 604-325-8880. · If goods have already been dispatched, return goods to Lin Haw according to conditions listed below; RMA Conditions of Acceptance: (*Note that all claims will be examined upon submission. Prepare necessary documents and information to discuss with Lin Haw’s RMA department.) · Inspect for human error prior to submitting an RMA. Mishandled goods will not be replaced. · Mis-shipped, shorted, or otherwise incorrect received goods by the customer must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. · An RMA number must be obtained prior to returning affected goods back to Lin Haw. · RMA is submitted within 14 days of purchase. · Provide Lin Haw with the corresponding RMA # to the goods being returned, at the time of return. · Provided RMA numbers are valid for 10 days. If you need an extension due to shipping constraints please contact Lin Haw as soon as possible with your courier tracking number ready. If the items are being shipped to Lin Haw via Courier: · Clearly mark any boxes being shipped to Lin Haw with the provided RMA number on the outside of the box. · Do not mark or ship only the original packaging of the items being returned. Any damaged, marked, or labeled items due to poor shipping conditions received by Lin Haw will result in an increased restocking fee or refusal. · Shipments must be made courier-prepaid. Item condition will be considered for returns according to the following parameters; · Item is in its original packaging, in original condition (un-marked, un-damaged). · Item has all of its corresponding accessories. Damaged goods may not be eligible for a return. Repair & Replacement: Lin Haw will, to its discretion, either replace or repair products that are proven to be defective. Once the RMA item is received by Lin Haw and confirmed to be defective and under warranty, the replacement/repaired item will be shipped to the customer. Warranty; · Warranty period begins on the day of the purchase. · Warranty is void if the manufacturer label is removed. · Open box and clearance items have a limited 30 day warranty for defective received goods. · An RMA item within warranty will be repaired/replaced according to the date of purchase and item condition. Replacements are available for products returned within 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days, if still under warranty, the product will be returned to the manufacturer for repair/replacement. Goods will be rejected and returned to the customer at their own expense, due to (but not limited to) the following reasons; · Malfunction, failure, damage, or burns as a result of; accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, lightning, line power surge. · Introduction of sand, dust, humidity, liquids. · Improper/Inadequate maintenance/calibration. · Operation outside of the published environmental specifications for the product. · No RMA number has been issued by Lin Haw, or is otherwise missing. · Warranty Seal is altered, damaged, or missing. · Goods damaged from Shipping as a result of inadequate packaging. · Goods returned incompletely.
